GigCity provided IT, telephony and database development services.
After-School Program (RD) database solution using Microsoft SQL. This solution is used to manage 12 separate campuses - tracking students, family members, registration, attendance, classes, teachers, and test scores. In addition, the system is used for:
- Tracking fund raising initiatives and fund-raising event management.
- Tracking all development activities from grant submission to funder correspondence.
- Tracking of all volunteer recruiting - from advertising to interviewing to training.
- Integration with both Microsoft Office and Palm Pilot technologies.
- Reporting using Crystal Reports.
